Advertising copy is taken from descriptions given by sellers; it is not verified by The Exchange nor is The Exchange responsible for any erroneous or misleading information. As with any equine purchase the Buyer is ultimately responsible for verifying claims made by the Seller, determining suitability of the animal for their needs, and ensuring proper health & soundness.

As an Equine Marketing Agency we handle advertising for Sellers and trainers across the country. Our horses are typically priced from $15,000 to well in the six figures, and average Asking Price is currently $75,000 (Dec. 2009). We specialize strictly in Hunter-Jumper show horses and specifically those suited for A Circuit competition. We are compensated by our Sellers; all Buyer services are free of charge.

Professionals and experienced Buyers are welcome to contact our Sellers directly per the information posted on the horse's web page. We request that juniors, parents and amateurs please contact us with interest so we may assess the horse's suitability for your needs. Given the large amount of interest our Sellers receive a basic screening of nonprofessional Buyers is appreciated.

We make a point of familiarizing ourselves with every horse that registers for a Campaign and can assist Buyers in selecting horses most appropriate for their needs. Please email a description of your experience, your showing goals, and any specifications including the price range in which you are looking. Information on your anticipated training program is also useful. Include your mailing address and we will ship videos of horses that suit your needs free of charge.

In nearly all cases we believe horses are most appropriately placed when professionals are involved in determining suitability of horse and rider. We strongly encourage parents and novice adults to share videos with their trainers, seek their opinion, and allow trainers to contact and question Sellers about the animal.

Due to the high end nature of our horses we take Seller and Buyer privacy very seriously. Prices are not listed and are disclosed only upon confirmation the Buyer has a legitimate interest in, and a basic suitability for the animal. This protects our horses and Sellers from gossip, and benefits Buyers when time comes for resale.

Most of our Sellers are professional horsemen and we kindly request Buyers treat them as such. Professionals and trainers have been understandably reluctant to take Internet advertising seriously, thanks to the lack of quality equine sale sites, and are further deterred by emails and phone calls from uneducated buyers and children that do not result in a sale. We have worked hard to establish an online portal where Sellers can rely on legitimate interest and Buyers can rely on quality horses. Please help us continue this precedent by respecting our policies regarding inquiries.
