Great young talent with promising potential for the Equitation or Jumper rings. By Fuerst Gothard, jumps with a great front end, big, striking type. Fantastic brain and very willing to work and learn, always wants to please. Going 3' and ready to show.
Libby is well started under saddle with the basic essentials in place: Moves nicely forward from the leg, bends, travels in a frame, started on changes and getting them both directions. Started over fences in late 2007 and has recently begun schooling courses. Has shown braveness, honesty, and a willingness to jump everything so far in her schooling. Jumps with a very good front end and nice freedom in her shoulder, certainly will be stylish enough for Equitation and has a look that will get your rider noticed. Demonstrating scope over the smaller fences, should have no problem moving up the jumper levels.
Libby is a straight-forward, easy going girl with a great work ethic. She has a good brain, is well-mannered and has not shown any mare-ish tendencies. She would make a fantastic project for appropriate junior or amateur but is still quite young and green and will develop best in a professional program. Video below demonstrates Libby's 4th attempt at putting together a course of fences. X-rays available from November 2007.
