Our commitment to quality, from photos to videos to horses, is the foundation of our success. Inferior photos and video do not sell horses, and we would prefer not to tarnish our success rate by using them. On average 5-10% of horses submitted to The Exchange are rejected for lack of suitable media. Please be sure your media adheres to our Media Specifications before registering, and feel free to contact us with any questions you have.
